Front Row TV is a replay-focused experience for Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV, and Fire TV. Availability varies by platform and region. TV access connects to an authorized Front Row viewing session; the TV does not create an account or ask for your account password, payment details, or one-time account verification code.
To open Front Row TV:
Enter only a TV access code shown or supplied through an authorized Front Row flow. A TV access code is not an account password or payment credential.
Never send a TV access code, password, or one-time verification code to support. To remove access from one TV, choose Remove this TV on the TV. Removing a TV does not delete the shared Front Row account.
If pairing or replay access fails, send a TV support request with the TV model, app version, and what appeared on screen. Do not include an account password, verification code, pairing code, or payment detail.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use Delete Account in your Profile or Artist Profile. If you no longer have the app, use our prominent web account-deletion request; you won't need to reinstall it.
How do I sign up?
Install Front Row Viewer from Google Play in 171 countries. Front Row Studio is available on Android and iPhone in Ghana, Nigeria, the United Kingdom or the United States. Viewer for iPhone is coming soon. After installing, tap "Get Started" and sign in with your own reachable phone number. Never share your phone number's verification code.
How do I buy tickets?
For an event marked Free, claim its ticket in the Viewer app without a purchase. Paid Standard GA tickets bought in the app use the App Store or Google Play purchase sheet at the localized price shown before confirmation. For web tickets, open the show’s link on thefrontrowlive.app and choose “Check web ticket availability.” Sign in with the same Front Row account you use to watch. Eligible Standard GA web tickets cost US$0.99 and are paid on Stripe’s checkout page. Check the show and price before paying; never send a payment by chat or bank transfer. Standard GA includes live access only, not a replay.
On Google Play, the configured price is GH₵10 in Ghana and NGN 1,280 in Nigeria; every other authorized storefront shows its own localized price. The web price is separate, not an exchange-rate conversion.
How do I go live as an artist?
You'll need the Front Row Studio app (separate from the main Front Row app). Sign in, create a Free event or, when Studio shows that you are eligible, a Standard GA event, then tap "Go Live" when it's time. You'll need a stable internet connection plus camera and microphone access. Fans with valid tickets will be able to join the stream.
What payment methods are supported?
When Standard GA is visibly offered, Viewer opens the native App Store or Google Play purchase sheet. The store and account control the payment methods shown, including whether MoMo or another method is available. Front Row never asks for a MoMo PIN, card number, or transfer in chat. Artist settlement is held and reviewed manually; Studio has no instant withdrawal or automatic payout.
What's the refund policy?
Free tickets have no charge to refund. Cancelling a paid event revokes access and places its Standard GA purchase into refund-required state. Google refund automation runs only where enabled. Apple requires customer or App Store refund action plus manual reconciliation; Front Row does not claim to issue an Apple refund automatically. If you completed an authorized Standard GA purchase, send a billing support request and use the refund-request option from the App Store or Google Play account that processed it. The store makes the final refund decision.
For tickets bought on the web, cancelling the show starts a refund through Stripe and ends ticket access. A pending refund is not a completed refund; your ticket-status page shows confirmation when Stripe verifies it. Use billing support if you need help. Closing checkout or using its Back button does not itself cancel a completed purchase.
How do I contact support?
