These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Front Row: Live Events and Front Row Studio mobile applications and related services (collectively, "Front Row" or the "Service"), operated by Mina Logic, a company registered in Ghana ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using Front Row, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You need an account to use most features of Front Row. When you create one, you agree to:
We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Front Row lets fans watch live concerts and lets artists stream performances. Here's what we expect from everyone:
If you stream, post, or share content on Front Row, you're responsible for it. Content must not:
We review user reports every day and take appropriate moderation action within 24 hours. We can remove content that violates these guidelines and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
Artists using Front Row Studio to stream live performances agree to:
We may end a live stream at any time if it violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
Front Row is free to download and includes free events. When paid Standard GA tickets are visibly available in a mobile app, the purchase is processed by that platform's in-app purchase system. The store presents the final local price, taxes, and payment method before you confirm.
Eligible Standard GA tickets on the Front Row website cost US$0.99 and use Stripe-hosted checkout. Sign in with the same Front Row account you use to watch. The web price is an explicit USD price, not a conversion of an app-store price. Web checkout does not include a replay or create an automatic artist payout.
Before publishing a paid event, the artist will be shown the applicable commercial terms. For the first Standard GA policy, the artist share is 80% and Front Row's share is 20% of provider-reconciled net proceeds. Store charges, taxes, fees, refunds, reversals, bank costs, and currency conversion resolve before that split. Amounts marked pending or estimated are not available earnings.
Settlement is held for at least 30 days after Front Row receives the related provider funds and remains blocked while refund, dispute, tax, or reconciliation questions are open. This release uses manual payout review and offers no instant withdrawal or automatic artist payout.
Eligible Ghana artists may receive reconciled payouts to a verified Ghana bank or mobile-money destination through Paystack. Paystack is used as the artist payout rail; it is not the mobile-app ticket checkout provider. Front Row may hold, reduce, reverse, or recover an artist amount when the related store purchase is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise not payable.
Front Row may collect tax information and withhold or report amounts when applicable law requires it. The rate and treatment can depend on the artist, transaction, jurisdiction, and documentation available; Front Row does not promise a universal flat rate or a tax certificate unless one is legally required and actually issued. Artists remain responsible for obtaining independent tax advice.
Mobile-app ticket refunds are administered by the store that processed the purchase and remain subject to that store's policies and decision. Front Row records provider refund and reversal notices and may revoke the related ticket when a refund is confirmed.
For a Stripe web ticket, cancellation of the show starts a refund to the original payment method and ends ticket access. A refund remains pending until Stripe verifies its completion. Contact billing support about access failures or an unresolved refund. Closing the checkout page or returning from it does not itself cancel a completed purchase.
Front Row's branding, design, code, and original content are owned by Mina Logic and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You keep ownership of any content you create and share on Front Row. By posting or streaming content, you grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where copies have been shared by others or are needed for legal compliance.

Front Row is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. We can also suspend or terminate your account if:
If your account is terminated, you may lose access to purchased content and any unredeemed earnings. We'll make reasonable efforts to process pending artist payouts before termination where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the app if the changes are significant. Continued use of Front Row after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
