This Privacy Policy explains how Mina Logic ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Ghana, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Front Row: Live Events and Front Row Studio mobile applications, Front Row TV for Android TV, Google TV, or Apple TV when available, our website, and related services (collectively, "Front Row").
We take your privacy seriously. This policy is written in plain language so you can actually understand what's going on with your data.
When you create an account, we collect:
Front Row TV does not ask customers to enter account details, a password, a payment credential, or a one-time account verification code on the TV. It connects a TV with an authorized Front Row viewing session. A TV access code is not a customer account, password, or payment credential.
When paid mobile-app tickets are enabled, payment details are collected and processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full card number, mobile-money PIN, or app-store payment credentials. We receive limited transaction evidence such as the product, date, status, provider, refund state, and privacy-preserving transaction and account-binding identifiers so we can deliver and reconcile the ticket.
For website tickets, Stripe collects payment and billing details on its hosted checkout page. Front Row uses the show and account binding, amount, currency, payment identifiers, and payment/refund status to deliver access, prevent duplicate purchases, handle refunds and reconcile payment obligations. We do not store your full card number or card security code. Payment and refund records remain restricted and may be retained where an outstanding financial or legal obligation requires them.
For artists receiving payouts, we additionally collect and store:
This financial data is kept in restricted Firebase records and shared with Paystack only as needed to verify and process an artist payout. Replacing payout details requires new verification. Deleting an account starts the deletion process described below, subject to financial and legal retention obligations.
We automatically collect certain data when you use the app:
When Front Row TV is available and you use it, we process the minimum device and activity data needed to connect the TV, show the available catalog, authorize replay playback, and stop access when a session is revoked or expires:
The TV receives only the catalog and short-lived playback authorization information needed for content the authorized session can access. It does not receive the Viewer account's phone number, email address, password, one-time account verification code, card details, mobile-money PIN, or app-store payment credentials. Front Row TV stores its active session in encrypted local storage so the TV can remain connected until the session expires or is revoked.
When you use our feedback and support form, we collect the category, summary, description, and context you submit. Context may include the source page, app, screen or feature, platform, app version, build number, locale, and a case or retry identifier. We may also process limited network and abuse-prevention signals needed to keep the form reliable and secure.
Contact details are optional. If you ask for a reply, you may provide an email address, phone number, or another contact detail that works for you. Email is not required to send feedback.

Feedback and support cases, optional contact details, and related technical context remain available in the support workflow for 180 days after submission. They are withheld from operators when that period ends, and automated deletion or de-identification is scheduled daily; final cleanup may complete shortly after expiry.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@minalogic.com. To delete a Front Row account without reinstalling a mobile app, use the account-deletion request page. Selecting Remove this TV only revokes that TV session; it does not delete the shared Front Row account. We'll respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app and update the date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
